| Erinn Batcha has been with the firm for over two years working exclusively on real estate transactions. Erinn received her undergraduate degree from Lehigh University in Finance in 1993 and after graduation worked in Asset Management for Merrill Lynch for several years before she decided to return to school to study law. After graduating from Seton Hall University School of Law 1998 where she was an Editor of the Seton Hall Sports Law Journal she began a clerkship for the Honorable Francis B. Schultz Superior Court Judge of Hudson County. As a clerk she handled many Landlord-Tenant matters and other civil litigation. In 1999, Erinn joined the Hudson County Prosecutors Office and served as an Assistant Prosecutor until 2003 when she began working at Batcha & Batcha, L.L.C. Erinn's background in Finance has given her the experience to assist her clients with the complicated financial aspects of real estate transactions. Her years of courtroom experience as a clerk and an assistant prosecutor bring added depth to our firm. Erinn practices in the Freehold and Pennington offices of the firm.
